Planning a wedding, elopement, naming or renewal

If the ceremony is a wedding, a Notice of Intended Marriage has to be lodged at least one calendar month beforehand, which the NOIM, explained sets out in full. A date inside a month is the one thing that cannot be arranged, however willing everybody is.
